摘 要:针对传统脉冲涡流传感器在检测效率和精度上存在的不足,提出了一种由多个线圈组合而成的新型阵列脉冲检测模型。运用ANSOFT电磁场仿真软件对新型阵列检测模型进行了仿真分析,并搭建了实验平台进行测试。结果表明该检测模型具有良好的响应特性,每个线圈独立工作、同步响应,弥补了传统脉冲涡流仪器在快速检测时存在的不足,符合对导电基体进行快速定位和保护层厚度检测的要求,并且模型结构紧凑,可控性高,适合对大面积目标基体进行快速无损检测。Respecting to the shortcomings of the detection efficiency and accuracy existing in the traditional pulsed eddy current sensor, a new pulse array detection model with multiple coils was proposed. The new array detector model was simulated using electromagnetic field simulation software of ANSOFT, and an experimental test platform was set up to test the model. The result shows that the detection model has good response characteristics, with each coil work independently, responsing synchronously, making up for the shortcoming of rapid testing deficiency existed in the traditional pulsed eddy current instrument, and meeting the requirements of fast positioning and detecting the thickness of protective layer on a conductive substrate. As for a further comment, it has compact structure, and high controllability, suitable for rapid nondestructive testing on a large area of the target substrate.
