摘 要:讨论了永磁材料开磁路测量中一些影响测量结果的因素及所采取的控制措施。重点研究了磁滞后效应对测量结果的影响。表明用脉冲磁强计(PFM)测量钕铁硼圆柱样品时,由于磁滞后效应,出现了内稟矫顽力HCJ偏高的现象。此外,还引述了永磁材料开磁路国际比对测量的结果。从这些测量结果可知,由于局部退磁场的存在,振动样品磁强计(VSM)并不适于各向同性永磁铁氧体小球样品B-H特性的测量。In this paper, influencing factors of open magnetic circuit measurement results as well as their regulation methods were illustrated. Influence of magnetic hysteretic effect on measurement results was investigated in detail. It is found that the result of intrinsic coercivity HcJ of the NdFeB sample by pulsed field magnetometer is larger than its true value, resulting from magnetic hysteretic effect. In addition, the reports of international comparison for open magnetic circuit measurement methods are quoted. It is also found that the vibrating sample magnetometer is not suitable for B-H curve measurement of isotropic sphere sample composed of permanent magnetic ferrite powder,because of local effective demagnetization field in the sample.
