运脾中药对小儿厌食症大鼠模型β-内啡肽的调节作用

摘　　要：目的　观察运脾中药对小儿厌食症大鼠模型中枢和外周β 内啡肽的调节作用。 方法　用临床有效运脾中药儿宝颗粒灌胃 3周 ,然后用放免法测定大鼠下丘脑、垂体、胃窦部及外周血中β 内啡肽的含量。 结果　模型动物外周 β 内啡肽含量明显减少 (P <0 0 5) ,中枢含量无显著变化 ;大小剂量治疗组血浆β 内啡肽含量恢复正常 ,大剂量组下丘脑、垂体和胃窦部β 内啡肽含量均显著增加 (P <0 0 1 )。结论　运脾中药能促进厌食大鼠中枢和外周 β 内啡肽的合成分泌 。Objective To study the effects of Yunpi method on β endorphin both in central and peripheral aeration in juvenile rats with anorexia.Methods The concentration of β endorphin in hypothalamus, hypophysis, antrum pyloricum, and plasma in rats were examined by radioimmunoassay. Results It was significant disordered in β endorphin in model group. In 2 treatment groups, the concentration of β endorphin both central and peripheral increase to certain degrees. Conclusion Yunpi method can increase the secretion of β endorphin in peripheral and central aeration of this model which may be one of the mechanisms on treating anorexia for children.
