准光技术在太赫兹技术中的应用

摘　　要：太赫兹技术是近些年电磁领域的一个重要研究热点,有大量研究文献。本文首先阐述了当把各个太赫兹组件集成以构建太赫兹系统时需解决的一个重要问题,太赫兹信号的传输与组件连接。接着介绍准光技术的特点,说明准光技术在构建太赫兹系统时的应用,给出了包括成像系统在内的一些系统构建例子,同时给出用准光技术实现功率合成与波束扫描太赫兹天线的例子。Terahertz techniques is a hot point in the electromagnetic areas recently, many literatures have been pub- lished. In this paper, a problem of terahertz signal transmission and connection of terahertz components that involves the building of terahertz system is discussed. Quasi optical techniques is introduced to building terahertz systems, some examples are described to show the applications of the quasi optics in build terahertz systems including imaging system, power combi- ning system and scanning antenna.
