摘 要:废塑料炼油的机理是将废旧塑料采用催化裂解的方法,在高温条件下经催化裂解剂作用,使聚烯烃大分子断链成小分子,这些小分子中C5H12~C11H24是汽油组分,C12H26~C20H42是柴油组分。介绍了近年来废塑料炼油的技术研究进展,包括塑料炼油方法和塑料炼油设备两大类,并对今后研究方向提出建议。The mechanism of producing fuel oil from waste plastics catalytically cracks waste plastics to small molecules under the high temperature in special catalytic cracking conditions, C5H12~C11H24 in small molecules is gasoline components, C12H26~C20H42 is diesel components. In this paper, research progress in the technology for producing fuel oil from waste plastics was introduced from two aspects of methods and equipments to produce fuel oil from waste plastics, and its research direction in the future was discussed.
