摘 要:目的:观察阿特拉津(ATR)处理后小鼠血清中性激素水平的变化,探讨ATR对性激素相关疾病的可能影响。方法:将32只健康雌性C57小鼠随机分为对照组和5、25和125mg·kg-1 ATR组,每组各8只,对照组小鼠给予橄榄油溶剂灌胃,其他组小鼠分别灌胃给予5、25和125mg·kg-1 ATR,每日1次,共28d,收集小鼠血清。放射免疫法检测各组小鼠血清中性激素水平;HE染色观察各组小鼠卵巢组织形态学。结果:与对照组比较,25和125mg·kg-1 ATR组小鼠血清中雌二醇(E2)、睾酮(T)水平明显增高(P<0.05),且随ATR剂量升高,E2和T水平逐渐增高;与对照组比较,25和125mg·kg-1 ATR组小鼠血清中促黄体生成激素(LH)和促卵泡生成激素(FSH)水平显著降低(P<0.05或P<0.01),且以125mg·kg-1剂量组降低最为明显(P<0.01);各组小鼠血清中孕酮(P)和垂体泌乳素(PRL)水平的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);与对照组比较,25和125 mg·kg-1 ATR组小鼠卵巢中发育卵泡比例减少,大型闭锁卵泡比例增多,尤以125mg·kg-1 ATR组小鼠卵巢组织最为明显。结论:ATR可能通过增加血清中E2和T水平,下调LH和FSH分泌,从而干扰卵巢中卵泡的成熟。Objective To observe the changes of the levels of serum sex hormones in mice treated with atrazine (ATR), and to evaluate the effect of ATR on sex hormone related diseases. Methods 32 healthy female C57 mice were randomly divided into control group and 5, 25, and 125 mg·kg 1 ATR groups; there were 8 mice in each group. The mice in control group were given olive oil by gavage, and the mice in the other groups were given 5, 25, and 125 mg·kg-1 ATR once per day for 28 d. The serum of mice were collected. The levels of serum sex hormones were detected by radioimmunoassay, and HE staining was used to observe the morphology of ovarian tissue of the mice in each group. Results Compared with control group, the levels of estradiol (E2) and testosterone (T) were significantly increased (P〈0.05) in 25 and 125 mg·kg-1 ATR groups, and the levels of E2 and T were increased with the increasing of ATR dose. Compared with control group, the levels of luteinizing hormone (LH) and follicle stimulating hormone (FSH) were significantly decreased (P〈0.05 or P〈0.01) in 25 and 125mg·kg-1 groups, especially in 125mg·kg-1 group (P〈0.01). The levels of progesterone (P) and prolaetin (PRL) had no significant differences between each group (P〈0.05). Compared with control group, the proportions of the development follicles were reduced in 25 and 125mg·kg-1 ATR groups, and the proportions of the large atretic follicles were increased, especially in 125mg·kg-1 ATR group. Conclusion ATR may increase the levels of serum E2 and T and decrease the secretion of LH and FSH in order to interfer of the ovarian follices.
