下呼吸道鲍曼不动杆菌感染的耐药情况分析

摘　　要：目的探讨下呼吸道鲍曼不动杆菌感染的耐药情况。方法将我院2012年下呼吸道鲍曼不动杆菌感染患者进行感染细菌的培养及药敏试验。结果鲍曼不动杆菌分布以ICU检出率最高,占41.91%。本组鲍曼不动杆菌中耐药率最高为氨苄青霉素(88.97%),耐药率最低为头孢哌酮/舒巴坦(9.56%)。结论鲍曼不动杆菌的耐药率呈现逐步上升的趋势,临床医师应合理选择抗生素。Objective To investigate the resistance of acinetobacter baumannii in lower respiratory tract. Methods The acinetobac- ter baumannii in lower respiratory tract of our hospital 2012 were cultivated and the drug sensitive test were done. Results The de- tection rate of aeinetobacter baumannii was highest in ICU and it is 41,91%.The drug of highest resistance rate was penbritin （88.97%） and the drug of lowest resistance rate was eefoperazone- sulbactam （9.56%）. Conclusion The resistance rate of acine- tobacter baumannii escalates, so the clinician should choose antibiotics reasonably.
