儿童心理护理在手术室中的应用与体会

摘　　要：目的探究心理护理在儿童手术中的应用以及体会。方法选取104例近两年来我院接受手术治疗的儿童,将患者随机分为观察组以及对照组,每组各52例,对观察组术前、术中、术后分别进行心理护理,而对照组采取常规护理,并对两组患者的的护理效果进行分析与比较。结果通过心理护理,观察组的患者情绪稳定,不管是术后并发症、护理差错发生率,还是患者满意度都比对照组要好。结论对儿童在术前、术中、术后进行心理护理有利于保证手术更加安全、有序地进行,值得在临床广泛推广。Objective To explore the psychological care in children＇s surgery and experience. Metho~ 104 cases of the past two years in our hospital for children undergoing surgery, patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 52 cases in each group, the observed preoperative, intraoperative and postoperative psychological care, respectively, while the take the usual care control group, and the two groups were analyzed and compared the effects of nursing. Results Psychological care, emotional stability observed group of patients, regardless of postoperative complications, the incidence of nursing errors, or patient satisfaction is better than the control group. Conclusion Children in the preoperative, intraoperative and postoperative psychological care will help ensure safer operation and orderly manner, it is in clinical widely.
