摘　　要：作为新型的社会组织,异地商会在促进地方招商引资、维护社会稳定、参与公益事业、会员之间融资互助方面发挥出很大的作用,但是制度建设的滞后也使得异地商会在管理和发展方面存在着诸多不足。加强法律法规建设、规范异地商会管理同时加强异地商会党建工作才能为其健康发展提供保障。With the development of the non-public sector of the economy, the business guilds developed quickly play, they play an important role in many aspects such as Investment promotion and capital introduction , social gver- nance, charity, financing and mutual assistance between member enterprises. There are some shortages in the manage- ment of business guides. To strengthen the construction of laws and regulations, standardize management and party construction can provide guarantee for the healthy development of the business guidese.
