秦皇岛市本土连锁超市发展的现状与对策

摘　　要：以近五年来的相关数据和文献资料为依据,分析了秦皇岛市本土连锁超市发展的现状,指出秦皇岛市本土连锁超市发展过程中有盲目竞争、布局不合理、信息技术使用不够、员工素质不高等问题,提出从实施营销手段、普及信息技术、改善店内布局与提高员工素质四个方面提出改进建议和措施。Based on the relevant data and documentation in past five years, the current situation of the development of local supermarket chain in Qinhuangdao is analyzed, problems in development process of the local supermarket chains are pointed out： unbridled competition, unreasonable layout, instrffieient usage of information technology and low staff quality. Proposals and countermeasures are put forward from four aspects of carrying out marketing methods, dissemi- nating information technology, improving layout and staff quality.
