摘　　要：在整理、研究倾废船海上作业相关数据与资源的基础上,结合GIS技术、数据库技术及数字滤波算法对倾废船实测数据进行分析、计算,设计出违章倾废作业的判定方法,同时生成倾废船运行轨迹图,为海洋执法和监管取证提供数据支持。This article, based on arranging and researching the data and resource related to offshore dumping ship operation on sea, analyzes and calculates observed dumping data combining with GIS technique, database technique, and digital filtering algorithm. And the paper works out a method for illegal judgment, and makes the track mapping of offshore dumping ship, in order to provide data support for administrative maritime law enforcement and investigattion and collection of the evidence.
