摘　　要：土地利用规划数据库建设,是国土资源规划管理科学化、规范化、精细化的基础,是土地利用总体规划成果的重要组成部分。本文以陕西省黄龙县土地利用规划数据库建设为例,探讨了新一轮土地利用数据库建立的一般工作流程以及KqPlanning建库软件在数据库建立过程中可能会出现的各种注意事项及相关对策。Land use planning database construction is on the basis of land resources planning management scientific, standardized and refined, and is an important part of the land use planning results. In this paper, Huanglong county of Shaanxi province as an example, we discussed the general workflow of land use database construction and the KqPlanning software in the database creation process may appear a variety of consideration and related countermeasures.
