摘　　要：目前我国农村地区还存在着诸多影响社会和谐、妨碍社会主义新农村建设的矛盾纠纷问题。只有秉承和谐的理念,改进农村基层组织工作机制,以多元化的方式解决农村的矛盾纠纷,建立和完善矛盾纠纷的预防和化解机制,才能为农村社会的稳定和谐发展保驾护航。At present,in China＇s rural areas,there are still many contradictions and disputes affecting social harmony and hindering the building of a new socialist countryside. Rural stability and harmonious development can be escorted only by adhering to the idea of harmony,improving the working mechanism of rural grassroots organizations,resolv- ing rural contradictions and disputes in multiple ways and establishing and improving prevention of the contradictions and disputes and solution of the early warning mechanism.
