摘　　要：对62例血胸患者施行胸血或其血浆制品自体或异体回输,严格操作规程,监测胸血相关指标,观察影响胸血回输的因素,结果显示,胸血或其血浆制品回输是可行的,且具有重要的临床价值。Self or non-self back transfusion of blood in thorasic or it's plasma product was performed in 62 cases of hemopleura. Rules of operation were done strictly. Relative criterion of blood in thorasic cavity and infuence factors of back transfusion have been observed, the results showed that back transfusion of blood in thorasic cavity or it's plasma product was desirable, and it has important clinical value.
