摘　　要：锌指核酸酶（zincfingernuclease，ZFNs）和转录激活因子样效应物核酸酶（transcriptionactivator—likeeffectornucleases，TALENs）技术是基因靶向修饰的重要方法，为各大领域尤其是遗传疾病的基因治疗带来广阔的前景。该文对ZFNs与TALENs的作用机制、应用领域和局限性进行比较，为基因修饰研究工作的开展提供参考。The technologies using Zinc finger nuclease （ ZFNs ） and transcription activator- like el- lector nucleases （TALENs） are important methods for genetic modification, and show great potentials in many fields, especially for the therapies of genetic diseases. In this paper, we compared ZFNs and TALENs from several aspects, including the mechanisms, application fields and limitations, and provide some data and comments which are to be useful for the research work of genetic modification.
