摘  要:目的 探讨热休克蛋白 70 (HSP 70 )与激素受体 (ER、PR)在男性乳腺发育和男性乳癌中的表达情况及分布状态。方法 应用免疫组织化学S P法对 2 5例男性乳腺发育和 1例男性乳癌进行检测。结果 在 2 5例男性乳腺发育病变中 ,HSP 70阳性率为 72 0 % (18例 ) ;ER、PR阳性率分别为 6 8.0 %和 6 0 .0 % (17例和 15例 ) ;1例男性乳癌三种染色均阳性。HSP70阳性细胞在男性乳腺发育和男性乳癌组织中 ,细胞核、细胞浆均有表达 ,ER、PR阳性细胞主要位于细胞核 ,尤其以男性乳癌细胞表达更显著。结论 HSP 70可作为男性乳腺发育及乳癌细胞增殖的指标之一。雌、孕激素受体失衡与男性乳腺发育及男性乳癌的发生可能有关 。Objective To investigate the expression and distribution of heat shock protein 70 (HSP70), estrogen receptor (ER) and progesterone receptor (PR) in gynecomastia and male breast cancer. Methods Twenty-five cases of gynecomastia and 1 male breast carcinoma were analyzed by S P imunohistochemical technique. Results The positive rates of HSP70, ER and PR were 72% (18 cases), 68% (17 cases) and 60% (15 cases) respectively in gynecomastia. Expression of HSP70 was mainly present in the cytoplasm and nucleus of the mammary ducts in gynecomastia, and enhanced in male breast carcinoma. ER and PR were mainly expressed in nucleus. Conclusions . HSP70 can be taken as an important indicator for cell proliferation. Imbalance of ER and PR is closely related to the development of gynecimastia and male breast carcinoma.
