血站采血献血反应中晕厥的原因及预防

摘　　要：目的探讨血站采血过程中献血者发生晕厥反应的原因和影响因素,探求预防对策。方法对该市血站2012年6 568例无偿献血者献血过程进行回顾性分析。结果 6568例献血者中发生献血晕厥反应68例,分析晕厥原因是由体位性低血压、精神紧张、空腹献血等诸多因素引起的。通过及时救治,所有晕厥者意识逐渐恢复,均在半小时内晕厥症状得到缓解,且未引起其他严重并发症。结论做好无偿献血的宣传教育工作,消除献血者的焦虑紧张情绪,提高采血人员的操作水平,严格执行体检标准和详细的献血前健康征询,创造良好的献血环境,可有效减少献血反应的发生。Objective To investigate the causes and influencing factors for syncope of the blood donation reactions in the blood bank and explore preventive measures. Methods The donation process of 6,568 cases of free blood donors in the blood center of our. city in. 2012 were analyzed retrospectively. Results Blood donation syncope reaction occurred in 68 cases of all the blood donors, due to orthostatic hypotension, mental stress, fasting blood donation and many other factors. Through timely treatment, all the syncopes awareness gradually restored, syncope symptoms were alleviated in half an hour, and did not lead to other serious complications. Conclusion We should carry on active propaganda, eliminate the anxiety and tension of blood donors, improve the technique of puncture of the phlebotomists, strictly implement the standard of physical examination, inquiry the health of blood donors detailedly and Create good environment of blood donation, so the adverse reactions of unpaid blood donors would be de- creased effectively.
