去白细胞输血和常规输血患者大剂量输血的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨分析去白细胞输血及常规输血患者在大剂量输血应用的疗效。方法随机选取该院自2010年1月—2012年5月入院需要大剂量的输血的患者132例;分成两组,观察组68例采用去白细胞输血,对照组64例选用常规输血。观察比较两组输血患者输血后的不良反应发生率。结果两组相比,去白细胞输血的患者所产生的不良反应率明显低于常规输血的不良反应率,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论去白细胞输血能有效的降低大剂量输血而引起的不良反应,能使患者的脏器功能得到有效的改善,在临床上值得广泛推广。Objective To investigate, analyze the effect of massive leukocyte depleted blood transfusion and conventional massive blood transfusion. Methods 132 patients admitted in our hospital from January, 2010 to May, 2012 in need of a massive dose of blood transfusion were randomly selected and divided into two groups, 68 cases in the observation group using leukocyte depleted blood transfusion, and 64 cases in the control group using conventional blood transfusion. The incidence of adverse reactions after blood transfusion was compared between the two groups. Results By comparison, the incidence of adverse reactions after blood transfusion of the patients using leukocyte depleted blood transfusion was significantly lower than that of the patients using con- ventional blood transfusion, the difference was statistically significant （P〈O.05）. Conclusion Leukocyte depleted blood transfusion can effectively reduce the adverse reactions caused by massive blood transfusion, improve the organ function of the patients, which is worthy of popularization in clinical practice.
