摘 要:垃圾焚烧发电厂的沥滤液经生化处理后,COD和色度等仍然较高,达不到排放标准,必须进一步进行深度处理。采用自制的箱式四通道电化学反应器对垃圾焚烧发电厂沥滤液生化出水进行深度处理,研究了主要工艺参数——电流密度、表观流速、初始Cl-浓度、比电极面积等因素对COD和色度去除效果的影响。适宜处理条件为:电流密度20 mA/cm2,反应器内表观流速2.92 cm/s,初始Cl-浓度4 732 mg/L、比电极面积43.4 m2/m3。在此条件下处理废水10 min,色度就能达到排放要求,处理2 h,COD也能达到排放要求。考察反应器的能耗发现,电化学处理的能耗随电化学处理时间的延长呈不断增大的趋势。The leachate from municipal solid waste incinerators is often treated by traditional anaerobic-aerobic biological processes, but the COD and colority in the effluent is still high and is above the national discharge standard. It is necessary to deeply treat the biologically treated leachate. In this study, electochemical oxidation method was used to deeply treat the effluent in a self-made four channel electrochemical reactor. The effects of major process parameters including current density, velocity in electrode gap, initial chloride ion concentration and specific electrode surface on the removal of COD and colority were investigated systematically. The optimum conditions were current density of 65.35 mA/cm2, velocity in electrode gap of 2.72 cm/s, initial chloride ion concentration of 4 732 mg/L, specific electrode surface of 43.4 m2/m3. The colority and COD of the treated leachate can meet the national discharge standards after electrolysis of ten minutes and two hours, respectively.
