新疆地区哈萨克族和汉族髋臼Sharp角正常值的测量

摘　　要：目的比较新疆地区哈萨克族和汉族正常人群髋关节Sharp角有无差异,为临床研究提供重要的骨性测量参数。方法在新疆医科大学5所附属临床医院收集年龄在20~60岁的哈萨克族和汉族正常人群骨盆正位片,严格按照纳入标准及排除标准选取哈萨克族和汉族正常人群骨盆正位片各100例（200髋）,测量骨盆正位片的Sharp角,统计分析测得的哈、汉民族的Sharp角正常参考值。结果新疆地区哈萨克族正常人群髋臼Sharp角总体小于汉族,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;不同民族同一性别之间以及同一民族不同性别之间差异均具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 Sharp角存在种族及性别差异,临床上通过该指标评价髋臼发育情况时需要采用相同民族、相同性别的正常值作为参考。Objective To compare the normal Sharp acetabular angle of the hips of Kazak and Han nationality in Xinjiang and provide important measurement parameters of bone for clinical research. Methods Collect the pelvic anteroposterior films of nor- mal population of Kazakh and Han whose age distance at 20 to 60-year-old in 5 affiliated clinical hospitals of Xinjiang Medical University, according to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria, select 100 cases （200 hips） of pelvic anteroposterior films of Kazak and Hart nationality respectively, measure and analyze statistically the Sharp angle of the pelvic anteroposterior films. Re- suits The Sharp angle of the normal population of Kazakh is less than the Han＇s in general, the variance has statistical significance （P〈0.05）; The variances have statistical significance in the same gender of the different ethnic groups and in the different gender groups of the same ethnic（P 〈0.05）. Conclusion Sharp angle varies from race to race and gender to gender. So when evaluating the hip acetabular development by this indicator in clinical practice, it is necessary to refer the normal value of the same nation and same gender.
