臭氧消融术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨臭氧消融对腰椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法对腰椎间盘突出症患者73例,共103个病变腰椎间盘,经皮穿刺盘内注射浓度为60μg/ml的臭氧7~20 mL,通过随访,观察评定疗效。结果本组优48例,良20例,差5例,有效率占93.1%。结论臭氧消融术是治疗腰椎间盘突出症一种安全、有效的方法。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of ozone ablation in the treatment of lumabar disc herniation. Methods 73 patients （103 pathological changes lumabar discs） with lumabar disc herniation were injected with 7-20 ml （60 μg/mL） ozone into the lesion discs percutaneously, and the clinical efficacy were observed by follow-up visit. Results The treatment therapeutic effect was excellent in 48 cases, good in 20 cases and invalid in 5 cases, the effective rate was 93.1 percent. Conclusion Ozone ablation for lumbar disc herniation is a safe and effective method.
