应用改良手术方法治疗舌系带过短儿童789例临床研究

摘　　要：目的了解舌系带过短对患儿造成的不良影响,探讨舌系带过短小儿手术治疗的理想时期和方案。方法应用改良手术方法对789例舌系带过短患儿实行矫正术,并对术后复查情况进行回顾性分析。结果 789例舌系带过短患儿,治疗后复查,显效733例(93%),好转56例(7%),无效0例。结论选择适宜的手术时机和手术方案,尽早实施有效的舌系带矫治术,消除舌系带过短对患儿的不良影响,是非常必要的。Objective To study the negative effects of ankylogolssia on children and the ideal surgical period and operative plan for children with ankylogolssia. Methods 789 children with ankylogolssia were treated by improved surgical method and their postoperative review situation was analyzed retrospectively. Results After the surgery on 789 children with ankylogolssia, 733 cases were markedly effective（93%）, 56 cases were improved（7%）, zero case invalid. Conclusion Choosing the suitable surgical period and operative plan and carrying out effective treatment with the tongue-tie as early as possible to lesson the adverse effects of ankylogolssia on children with the disease, which is very necessary.
