回回甘松饮对糖尿病肾病大鼠肾脏保护作用的实验研究

摘　　要：目的明确回回甘松饮(HGY)对糖尿病肾病大鼠的肾脏保护作用。方法采用高脂饲料联合链脲佐菌素诱导大鼠实验性糖尿病肾病模型,随机分为模型组、格列喹酮(阳性对照)组和HGY组,并设正常对照组、。比较给药后各组大鼠的体重、肾指数、24 h尿量、血糖、血肌酐、尿素氮、24 h尿蛋白的数值。结果给药后HGY组大鼠的肾指数、24 h尿量、血糖、血肌酐、尿素氮、24 h尿蛋白均明显低于模型组(P<0.01)。结论回回甘松饮对糖尿病肾病大鼠的肾脏具有一定的保护作用。Objective To clarify the protective effect of HuihuiGansongLiquid （HGY） on diabetic nephropathy （DN） rats＇ kidney. Methods High-fat diet combined with streptozotocin was applied to establish experimental DN rat model. Normal control group, model group, positive control group and HGY group were set up. The rats＇weight, kidney index, 24h urine volume, blood glucose, serum creafinine, urea nitrogen and 24 hurine proteinin each group were compared after treatment. Results After treatment, the kidney index, 24h urine volume, blood glucose, serum ereatinine, urea nitrogen and 24h urine proteinin the HGY group were all obviously lower than those in the model group （P 〈0.01）. CondusionThe HGYhas some protective effect on diabetic nephropathy rats＇ kidney.
