摘  要:根据目前砼泵泵送液压系统故障诊断方法的不足,结合多年液压故障诊断经验,总结出了一套适合砼泵泵送液压系统的准确、快速的故障诊断体系.本液压故障诊断体系主要是以压力测试诊断法为主,"望闻问切"诊断法、元件性能诊断法及位移测量诊断法为辅的综合故障诊断过程,并通过建立经典案例档案库进一步完善了检测体系,在实际工作中发挥了重要的指导作用.Based on the current pumping concrete pump hydraulic system fault diagnosis method deficiencies, combined with years of experience in hydraulic failure diagnosis. A set of concrete pump suitable for pumping hydraulic system is summed up which is accurate, fast fault diagnosis system. The fault diagnosis system is mainly based on the hydraulic pressure test diagnosis," look and smell" diagnostics, device performance diagnostics and displacement measurement method supplemented by comprehensive diagnostic troubleshooting procedures. And inspection system is further improved through the establishment of classic case of archives which has played an important role in guiding in in practical work.
