外耳道瘙痒症防治对策的研究

摘　　要：目的 :探讨外耳道瘙痒症的防治原则。方法 :根据该病病原生物的生物特性 ,确定重要的传染源 ,查明其传播途径和易感人群及其不良习惯。结果 :该病主要病原生物为真菌和蠕形螨 ,其传播途径分别为自然飘落、直接接触或间接接触病原体 (传染源 )而感染。结论 :采用控制传染源 ,切断传播途径等措施 。Objective:To study on the principle of prevention and treatment of pruritus of meatus acousticus externus.Methods:In accordance with the biological characteristic of the pathogeny,the sources of infection,the routes of transmission,susceptible population and their bad habits were tested.Results:The main pathogeny of the disease is fungus and demodex.Its routes of transmission were natural floating,direct contract indirect contract individually.Conclusions:In order to control the epidemic of pruritus of meatus acousticus externus,the source of infection and the route of transmission must be controled.
