摘　　要：目的探讨蓝科肤宁治疗小儿间擦疹的临床疗效。方法选择年龄<3岁的小儿间擦疹患儿140例,随机分成试验组与对照组。试验组采用蓝科肤宁湿敷患处,每日2次,每次15 min。对照组采用锌氧油均匀涂于患处,每日2次。疗程结束后,比较两组患者的症状和体征改善情况。结果试验组和对照组患儿的有效率分别为90.27%与66.17%,试验组有效率明显优于对照组(P<0.01〕。结论蓝科肤宁湿敷治疗小儿间擦疹疗效确切,起效快,安全性好。Objective To observe the efficacy of velvetfeeling in treating infantile intertrigo. Methods One hundred and forty patients of intertrigo under three years old were randomly divided into 2 groups. The observation group was treated with velvefeeling, hydropathic compress given twice daily, 15 minutes for each time. The control group was treated with zinc oxide oil twice daily. After the course of treatment, the efifcacy of the two proposals were compared. Results The effective rate of the observation group and the control was 90.27% and 66.17% respectively, there was significant difference between the two groups （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Treatment with velvetfeeling is effective, safe and convenient for infantile intertrigo.
