摘 要:利用lx9801为遗传背景的昌7-2单片段代换系为基础材料,通过一年两点的田间试验,对粒重、粒长、粒宽和粒厚进行QTL分析。在两个试验点共检测到31个玉米子粒性状的QTL,包括12个粒重QTL、7个粒长QTL、8个粒宽QTL和4个粒厚QTL。其中,有2个粒重QTL、2个粒长QTL和1个粒厚QTL在两试验点同时检测到,可分别解释5.53%、9.09%、4.55%、4.18%和7.70%的表型变异。A set of single segment substitution lines(SSSLs) population derived for an elite inbred line lx9801 as recurrent parent and inbred line Chang7-2 as nonrecurrent parent, were used as marital for dissent the genetic bases of kernel related traits. The SSSLs were evaluated at Zhengzhou and Xunxian location, and four kernel related traits including grain weight(GW), grain length(GL), grain width(GW) and grain thickness(GT) were evaluated. A total of 31 QTL were detected in the two sites for the four kernel related traits, including 12 QTL for GW, 7 QTL for GL, 8 QTL for GW and 4 QTL for GT. Out of them, 2 QTL for GW, 2 QTL for GL and 1 QTL for GT were identified at the two lo-cations simultaneously, with 5.53%, 9.09%, 4.55%, 4.18% and 7.70% contribution of phenotypic variation re-spectably.
