摘 要:以吉林省梨树县高产创建的农田黑土为供试土壤,相邻地块农民常规生产田土壤为对照,研究高产田土壤酶活性特征。结果表明,0~10 cm土层高产田土壤过氧化氢酶、蔗糖酶活性均显著高于农民常规生产田,由于pH值不同,磷酸酶活性表现出不同的规律。11~20 cm土层万发乡高产田(深松25 cm)土壤过氧化氢酶活性显著高于其他生产田;21~40 cm土层万发乡高产田(深松25 cm)土壤蔗糖酶活性显著高于其他生产田,其他酶活性差异不显著。土壤深松能够改善土壤酶的生存环境,提高酶活性。On the base of experimental soil of high-yield land from Lishu in Jilin Province, compared with the adjacent land of conventional tillage, the diversity of enzyme activities relevant to high-yield land in the black soil was tested. The results showed that soil enzyme acted of catalase, invertase and urease in high-yield land were significant-ly higher than conventional tillage in the 0-10 cm depth. Phosphatase showed different regularity due to the different pH values, through the high-yield land by subsoiling in Wanfa country of catalase were significantly higher than other soil in the 11-20 cm depth and not significantly correlated with other enzymes activities. Through the high-yield land in Wanfa country by subsoiling of invertase were significantly higher than other soil in the 21-40 cm depth and not significantly correlated with other enzymes activities. It was showed that tillage can improve the live environment of soil enzymes and enzymes activities.
