摘　　要：目的：对2002～2011年河南省医院儿童保健工作质量进行综合评价，比较分析河南省近10年儿童保健工作质量的发展情况和变化趋势。方法：选取低出生体重儿比例、围产儿死亡率、新生儿破伤风发病率、新生儿破伤风死亡率、新生儿访视率、3岁以下儿童系统管理率、7岁以下儿童保健管理率、5岁以下儿童中重度营养不良患病率8项指标，运用TOPSIS法综合评价河南省近10年儿童保健工作质量。结果：河南省近10年儿童保健工作总体上逐步改善，2003年相对较差，2011年最优。结论：运用TOPSIS法能够科学合理的分析评价河南省儿童保健工作质量，通过评价结果能直观的反映河南省儿童保健工作发展状况，为河南省制定儿童保健工作相关政策提供了参考意见。Objective： To comprehensively evaluate the quality of child health care work in Helmn province from 2002 to 2011, compare and analyze the development and change trend of quality of child health care work. Methods： Eight indexes were selected to evalu- ate the quality of child health care work in Hetaan province in recently ten years with TOPSIS method, including the proportion of low birth weight infants, perinatal mortality rate, the incidence rate of neonatal tetanus, the mortality rate of neonatal tetanus, the neonatal visit rate, the rate of system management among children under three years old, the rate of health care management for children under seven years old, the incidence rate of moderate and severe malnutrition in children under five years old. Results： In general, the situation of child health care quality in Heiaan province improved gradually during the ten years. The situation in 2003 was relatively poor, but the situation in 2012 was the best. Conclusion： Using TOPSIS method to evaluate the quality of child health care work in Heiaan province is scientific and ration- al. The evaluation results can directly reflect the development status of the quality of child health care work, and this can also provide a refer- ence for Heiaan province to make policies for child health care.
