绝经妇女骨质疏松症保健干预的状况分析

摘　　要：目的:观察保健干预对女性绝经后骨质疏松的影响,并进一步探讨其干预措施。方法:选取绝经后女性骨质疏松患者55例,随机分成保健干预组28例和对照组27例。两组患者每周服用1次降钙素,保健干预组还加强运动、补钙、饮食调节,治疗1年;治疗前后分别检测血骨钙素(BGP)、尿吡啶酚/尿肌酐(uPYD/uCr)等骨代谢指标,采用双能X线骨密度测量仪(DEXA)测量腰椎、髋部骨密度(BMD)。结果:保健干预组的腰椎、髋部BMD分别增加1.25%、1.73%,而对照组的腰椎、髋部的BMD分别下降0.60%、2.00%;经过治疗后保健干预组BGP及uPYD/uCr比对照组显著减低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对绝经妇女骨质疏松症进行有效的保健干预,可以有效地预防和减少绝经妇女骨质疏松症的发生。Objective： To observe the effects of health care and intervention on osteoporosis in postmenopausal women, turther ex- plore the interventional measures. Methods： Fifty -five postmenopausal women with osteoporosis were selected and randomly divided into health intervention group （28 women） and control group （27 women） ; the patients in the two groups were treated with oral administration of calcitonin, once a week, the patients in health intervention group strengthened exercises, calcium supplement, and dietary regulation for one year; the bone metabolic indexes were detected before and after treatment, such as bone gla protein （BGP）, urine pyridinoline/urine creati- nine （uPYD/uCr） ; dual -energy X -ray absorptiometry （DEXA） was used to measure lumbar bone mineral density （BMD） and hip BMD. Results： Lumbar BMD and hip BMD in health intervention group increased by 1.25% and 1.73%, respectively, while in control group, lumbar BMD and hip BMD decreased by 0. 60% and 2. 00% , respectively; after treatment, BGP and uPYD/uCr in health intervention group were statistically significantly lower than those in control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ） . Conclusion： Effective health care and intervention conducted among the postmenopausal women with osteoporosis can effectively prevent and reduce the occurrence of osteoporosis in postmenopausal women.
