摘　　要：目的：分析胎儿实时三维显像过程中扫查时间、技巧、手法等对胎儿面部图像采集的影响。方法：采集2013年1～8月420例产科实时三维超声检查的结果，对其面部图像采集情况进行系统分析。结果：产科实时三维超声，胎儿面部图像采集的优劣与检查时机、孕妇体位改变、操作者的手法技巧等有密切的关系。结论：运用实时三维超声诊断技术在观察胎儿面部图像时，图像采集存在一定的技巧和方法，与经验积累密切相关，懂得这些技巧和方法，运用该技术行产科检查将会用最短的检查时间取得最理想的目的图像。Objective： To analyze the effects of scanning time, technique, skills of real - time 3D - uhrasonography on imaging collection of fetal face. Methods： The results of real - time 3D - ultrasonography in 420 cases in obstetric department of the hospital from January to August in 2013 were collected, the imaging collection of fetal face was analyzed systematically. Results： The quality of imaging collection of fetal face during real -time 3 D -ultrasonography was closely correlated with scanning opportunity, change of maternal position, and skills of doctors. Conclusion： When observing fetal facial imaging with real - time 3D - ultrasound, there are a certain skills during im- aging collection, which is closely related to experiences, understanding the skills can obtain optimal images within the shortest time during obstetrical examination.
