摘  要:目的:探讨β3肾上腺素能受体(β3-adrenoreceptor,β3-AR)特异性激动剂BRL-37344对慢性心力衰竭(chronic heart failure,CHF)大鼠左房细胞内向整流钾电流(inward rectifier potassium current,Ik1)的影响。方法:建立CHF大鼠模型,24只Wistar大鼠分为Sham组、CHF组和BRL组,检测左房内径(left atrium diameter,LA)、左房射血分数(left atrial ejection fraction,LAEF),记录Ik1。结果:BRL组大鼠的LA显著大于CHF组和Sham组(P<0.05),BRL组大鼠的LAEF显著低于CHF组和Sham组(P<0.05);BRL组大鼠左房细胞Ik1密度与CHF组无统计学差异。结论:BRL-37344加重CHF大鼠的心房重构及收缩功能下降;BRL-37344对CHF大鼠心房细胞Ik1密度无显著影响。Objective To investigate the effect of selective β3-adrenoreceptor (β3-AR) agonist BRL-37344 on inward rectifier potassium current (Ikl) of left atrial myocytes in rats with chronic heart failure (CHF). Methods Twenty-four Wistar rats were divided into the Sham (n = 6), the CHF group(n = 8) and the BRL group (n = 7). The rat CHF model was established by the aortic constriction method. The left atrium diameter(LA) and left atrial ejection fraction (LAEF) were determined. The Ikl current was also measured. Results Compared with the other groups, the LA was larger and the LAEF was lower in the BRL group (P 〈 0.05,respectively). No significant difference was found in the Ikl density between the CHF and the BRL group. Conclusion β3-AR stimulation increased LA and decreased LA function in rats with CHF. BRL-37344 has no effect on the Ikl density in the atrial myocytes.
