摘　　要：宏观调控是政府对市场经济运行的干预行为,行政手段在我国的宏观调控体系中发挥着重要作用。这一现象根源于中国经济社会发展的诸多内在矛盾,而行政手段的采用又强化了这些矛盾,导致了行为困境。为破解中国宏观调控的行为困境,必须推进政府转型、提高宏观调控法治化水平。Macro-control is the behavior that the government intervenes in the run of market economy .Admin-istrative means play the important role in Chinese economic macro -control .The phenomenon originates in all kinds of inner contradictions in the development of economy and society .While administrative means intensify these contradictions , causing behavior dilemmas .In order to solve the problem , we must propel the transformation of the government , and enhance the standard of legislation of macro -control.
