摘 要:目的考察注射用硫酸头孢噻利与0.9%氯化钠注射液、5%葡萄糖注射液、葡萄糖氯化钠注射液的配伍稳定性。方法建立注射用硫酸头孢噻利在3种输液中的紫外分光光度法含量测定方法,分析混合液在25℃条件下6h内药物含量,并观察其外观、pH值及紫外光谱变化,采用紫外分光光度法测定配伍液中硫酸头孢噻利含量。结果 6h内配伍液外观、pH及含量基本保持不变。结论注射用硫酸头孢噻利与3种输液的配伍液在6h内稳定,可以配伍使用。Objective To investigate the stability of the compatibility of cefoselis sulfate for injection when mixed with 0.9% Nacl injection,5% glucose injection and glucose saline. Methods The UV method for determination of cefoselis sulfate and three injection in their mixed solution were established,by which they were assayed at 25℃ during 6h. The appear- mace, PH values and UV spectrum of the mixed solution were also examined. Results There were no significant changes with- in 6 hours in terms of the appearance,pH value,content and the ultraviolet absorption. Conclusion Cefoselis sulsate injection can be used together with the three injection within 6 hours.
