柏硝祛毒洗剂镇痛作用的实验观察

摘　　要：目的探讨柏硝祛毒洗剂的镇痛药理作用。方法采用小鼠扭体法镇痛实验观察柏硝祛毒洗剂的镇痛作用。结果阳性对照组和柏硝祛毒洗剂高浓度组、柏硝祛毒洗剂中浓度组入柏硝祛毒洗剂低浓度组扭体反应次数均少于空白对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。阳性对照组和柏硝祛毒洗剂高浓度组、柏硝祛毒洗剂中浓度组及柏硝祛毒洗剂低浓度组均对醋酸引起的疼痛有一定的镇痛作用,且柏硝祛毒洗剂的浓度越高,镇痛率越高。结论柏硝祛毒洗剂有明显的镇痛作用。Objective To analysis the analgesic effect of Baixiao qudu lotion. Methods Analgesic experiment a- dopted body twisting, observe the analgesic effect of Baixiao qudu lotion. Results The writhing response of Positive control group, Baixiao qudu lotion high concentration group, Baixiao qudu lotion middle concentration group, Baixiao qudu lotion low concentration group were less that of blank control group, the difference was statistically significant（ P 〈 0.05 ）. The higher con- centration of Baixiao qudu lotion ,the higher analgesic rate. Conclusion Bai-xiao qudu lotion had obvious analgesic effect.
