摘  要:对聚 2 ,6-二甲基苯撑氧 (PPO)进行了溴代反应 ,制备的溴代PPO(简称BPPO)均质膜 ,以氨水进行化学交联后 ,表征了其对氯代烃如二氯甲烷、氯仿、氯苯及乙酸乙酯等的水溶液的渗透汽化 (PV)特性 ;研究了BPPO膜交联性质与其PV特性间的关系 ,并进行了理论解释 .In order to find a good membrane material, bromide poly(2,6-methyl- p -phenylene oxide) (BPPO) was made and modified by heterogeneous crosslinking reaction with aqueous ammonia. Its pervaporation characteristics in extracting volatile organic solvents such as dichloromethane, chloroform, benzene chloride and ethyl acetate from water was investigated. The membrane crosslinked with amine for 15 hours showed good performance for separating 9.3×10 -3 % (mass fraction)benzene chloride/water liquid mixture at 20?℃ and 100?Pa, the selectivity increased to 6.2×10 5 while the value of flux was about 24.0?g/(m 2·h) ideally. The relationship between crosslinked properties and permeation behaviors was studied and some theoretic interpretation was given to the results.
