摘 要:土地定级因素权重的确定是土地定级中重要的内容之一,传统根据决策者经验确定权重方法主观性强而忽略了定级因素内在的客观性。近来使用的基于粗糙集的综合赋权法在计算客观权重时出现属性权重为0和属性权重值相等的不符合实际的情况,有的使用组合权重确定单因素权重时考虑到的组合情况不够全面。为此结合土地定级的实际情况,提出了基于粗糙集土地定级因素权重确定新方法;并采用主客观权重集成法得到土地定级因素的综合权重。To determine the weighof the land grade factorian importanparof land grading. Traditionally, the methodaccording to the maker'experience to determine weighare strong on subjectivity and ignore the grade factors' internal objectivity. Recently, the integrated weighting method based on rough seappearthaattribute' weightare 0 and attribute weightare equal in the calculation of the objective weight, which doesn'accord with the actual situation. Inaddition, the method using the combination weighto determine the single factor' weighinocomprehensive enough in considering the situation of the combination. Therefore, combining with the actual sit- uation of land grading, the method ipresented to the determination of the land grading factors' weighbased on the improved rough se,which integratesubjective and objective weightto obtain the land grading factors' synthe- siweights.
