摘  要:为了使更多的可再生能源分布式发电(DG)连接到配电网中,需要探索新的控制和管理方法。本文提出了一种能使得分布式能源(DER)更好接入电网的理念和方法。配电管理系统(DMS)提供了协调和集中的监督和管理系统,而同步相测量(PMU)方法则为DMS提供了实用的输入,为DMS提供了新的手段和方法。本文考虑了一种灵活的控制方案,使得基于PMU的先进DMS能够在保持供电质量和供电安全的同时,也能大幅增加了适应分布式发电的能力。In order to reach the targets for connection of renewable energy resources to distribution networks, new control and management approaches are needed. In this paper, solutions are presented for significantly increasing the connection of Distributed Energy Resources (DER), without over-investment in network infrastructure. A Distribution Management System (DMS) provides co-ordinated centralized oversight and management of the system. Synchrophasor measurement provides useful input to the DMS, and can also be used in autonomous area controllers. The paper concludes that the use of flexible control solutions, co-ordinated in an advanced DMS substantially increases the capability to accommodate distributed generation while maintaining security and quality of supply.
