摘　　要：本文结合高校专利管理工作实践,分析总结了高校专利管理工作的问题,在专利管理工作改进宏观对策的基础上,以专利管理流程分析着手,提出了专利管理的工作模块,旨在为高校专利管理工作改进提供参考。Based on patent management practices in University, the problems of patent management in University were analyzed and summarized. According to the macroeconomic policy on improving patent management and the process flow of patent management, modular management of patent in Universities was carried ou, in oer to provide the reference of improving university patent management work and enhancing patent quality in Universities.
