摘 要:目的 分析突发性聋患者睡眠质量与心理健康状况的相关性,探讨突发性聋患者进行睡眠、心理健康干预的依据.方法 采用方便抽样方法选取2011年6月至2013年6月在耳鼻咽喉头颈外科住院治疗的突发性聋患者220例,参照《症状自评量表(SCL-90)》测定指标/标准确定有无心理健康问题,根据结果分观察组和对照组,各110名;应用《一般情况调查表》、《匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)》评测被调查者的PSQI得分,比较两组睡眠质量情况.结果 观察组78%(86/110)发生睡眠障碍,明显高于对照组14% (15/110),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 关注睡眠障碍与负性情绪对突发性聋患者带来的负面影响,为患者提供有效心理干预的依据,从而提高睡眠质量,促进身心健康.Objective To explore some references for intervening the sleep and mental health of patients with sudden deafness analyzing the correlation between their sleep quality and mental health status. Methods Convenience sampling method was used to selected 220 patients with sudden deafness from the department of otolaryngology and head and neck surgery in our hospital from June, 2011 to June, 2013. Whether the patients had mental health problems was decided in accordance with "symptom Checklist-90 (SCL-90)" . In term of the resuhs above, the patients were divided into an observation group and a control group, 110 cases for each group. "General situation questionnaire application" and "the Pittsburgh sleep quality index (PSQI) " were used to test the patients' PSQI scores and compare the sleep quality between the 2 groups. Results 78%(86/110) patients in the observation group and 14%(15/110) patients in the control group got sleep disorder, with a statistical difference (P〈0.05). Conclusions The adverse impact of sleep disorder and negative emotion on patients with sudden deafness should be noticed so that effective psychological intervention would be provided to the patients to improve their sleep quality and promote their physical and mental health.
