摘  要:目的 探讨髋关节置换术后预防深静脉血栓(deep veins thrombosis,DVT)的护理措施的有效性.方法 选择2011年1月至2012年12月我院骨十科行人工髋关节置换术后D-D二聚体(D-dimer,D-D)高含量的患者30例,通过健康宣教、患肢护理、早期功能锻炼等措施后,观察其并发DVT的情况.结果 30例研究对象术前D-D二聚体含量为(0.95±0.18)μg/ml,术后24小时D-D二聚体含量为(8.07±2.55)μg/ml,经合理科学护理干预后D-D二聚体含量为(1.25±0.25)μg/nl,两两比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).未发生DVT.结论 及时对人工髋关节置换术后D-D二聚体含量高的患者采取有效护理措施,可以有效降低和及早预防髋关节置换术后DVT的发生,极大地提高手术成功率.Objective To study the effectiveness of prevention measures for deep vein thrombosis (DVT) after hip replacement surgery. Methods From January 2011 to December 2012, 30 cases were selected as the research objects, who were treated in the No. 10 orthopaedic department in our hospital after artificial hip replacement surgery with high levels of D-D dimer (D-dimer, D-D). Through health education, body care, early functional exercise and other measures given to patients, the DVT complication of patients was observed. Results Before artificial hip replacement surgery the average level of D-D dimer was (0.95±. 18) μg/ml, and 24 hours after artificial hip replacement surgery the D-D dimer was (8.07± 2.55)μ g/ml, the average content of D-D dimer in patients with high levels of nursing measures after D-D dimer levels dropped to theaverage at (1.25 ± 0.25) μ g/ml, and no complications of DVT was found. Conclusion Taking timely effective nursing measure to artificial hip replacement surgery patients with high D-D dimer content can effectively reduce and prevent early complications of DVT after hip replacement surgery, and greatly improve the success rate of surgery.
