胫骨平台骨折内固定术100例临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨内固定手术治疗胫骨平台骨折的临床疗效及其安全性。方法选择2009年3月-2013年3月收治的100例胫骨平台骨折采取切开内固定治疗作为观察组,另选择同期100例外固定治疗作为对照组,对两组患者进行随访并比较两组的术后疗效及出现的并发症。结果经膝关节临床功能评分观察组平均(86.5±6.3)分,明显高于对照组(71.5±5.6)分,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组优72例,良18例,优良率90%,对照组优38例,良35例,优良率73%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后早期并发症发生率8%,对照组术后早期并发症发生率7%,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论切开内固定手术治疗胫骨平台骨折疗效明显优于外固定治疗,但并发症发生率较高,应该根据骨折类型,选择合适的手术时机及掌握手术技巧,减少并发症的发生。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of internal fixation of surgical treatment of tibial plateau fractures.Methods 100 cases of tibial plateau fractures were chosen in March 2009 to March 2013 in the department treated with incision fixation were as observation group,the other choice during the same period 100 fixation treatment as control group,the two groups of patients were followed up and compared curative effect and postoperative complications.Results The knee function score of clinical observation group was （86.5 ± 6.3） min,which was significantly higher （71.5 ± 5.6） points,the difference was statistically significant （P0.05）.Conclusion Incision fixation surgery treatment curative effect is superior to external fixation of fracture of tibial plateau,but with a greater incidence of complications,should according to fracture type,select the appropriate operation time and operation skills,reduce the occurrence of complications.
