大肠癌螺旋CT检查前护理

摘　　要：目的研讨研究大肠癌行螺旋CT检查前的有效护理措施,总结综合护理对大肠癌患者的有效性,以提高螺旋CT检查过程中的护理水平。方法选择2009年9月-2013年3月广州医科大学附属肿瘤医院收治的大肠癌患者66例,随机分为两组。对照组患者采用检查前常规护理,实验组给予检查前综合护理,对比观察两组患者检查效果。结果实验组一次屏气完成检查比例高,出现运动伪影比例低,组间比较差异明显(P<0.05);实验组患者对护理工作的满意度更高,与对照组比较差异明显(P<0.05)。结论对大肠癌患者螺旋CT检查前给予综合护理具有较好效果,可提高检查成功率,避免运动伪影的发生。Objective To discuss research colorectal spiral CT examination prior to the effective care measures,summed comprehensive care for patients with colorectal cancer effectiveness,in order to improve the process of spiral CT level of care. Methods From September 2009 to March 2013 in the hospital 66 patients with colorectal cancer for the study were randomly divided into two groups. Which the control group were treated with routine care before the examinatio,the experimental group received comprehensive care before the examination,examination results were observed contrast. Results The high proportion of a breath-hold to complete the inspection,the low proportion of motion artifacts occur,significant differences between the two groups（P〈0.05）;experimental group for nursing job satisfaction higher compared with the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion For patients with colorectal cancer spiral CT comprehensive care given before with good results,you can improve the success rate of checks to prevent the occurrence of motion artifacts.
