湘西胶磷矿浮选工艺研究

摘　　要：湘西硅钙质胶磷矿是较为难选的磷矿石,本文以该胶磷矿作为浮选试验对象,以常用于浮选非硫化矿物的捕收剂脂肪酸(及其皂类),配合可能产生协同效应的表面活性剂进行了浮选试验。结果表明,一些表面活性剂与脂肪酸(及其皂类)混合使用,可提高磷精矿的品位和回收率。用添加表面活性剂的脂肪酸作捕收剂,对湘西胶磷矿进行单独正浮选,磷精矿品位可达25%左右,回收率达85%。Xiangxi siliceous and calcareous collophane rocks are relatively difficult to be separated. Collophane was beneficiated by means of flotation with commonly using collector fatty acids and soaps and surfactants with synergistic effect in the flotation of non-sulfide minerals. The results showed that some surfactants mixed with fatty acids and soaps could improve the grade and re- covery rate of phosphate concentrate. The direct flotation was conducted of the collophane in western Hunan using fatty acids mixed with surfactant as collector with the grade of phosphate concentrate up to 25% and recovery rate 85%.
