摘  要:[目的]优化凤尾菇(Pleurotus sajor-caju)菌丝体多糖的发酵条件。[方法]采用单因素试验确定影响凤尾菇菌丝体多糖产量的发酵条件,按照单因素试验结果,进行4因素3水平的发酵条件的正交试验,并对正交试验结果进行方差分析。[结果]最终确定最优的凤尾菇菌丝体多糖的发酵条件为:装液量75 ml,接种量4%,摇床转速120 r/min,发酵温度30℃,在此条件下得到的凤尾菇菌丝体多糖含量为4.97%。[结论]该研究可为今后凤尾菇菌丝体多糖的可行性研究提供试验基础。[Objective] The aim was to optimize the fermentation conditions of Pleurotus sajor-caju mycelium polysaccharides.[Method] The single factor exporiment was made to determine the fermentation conditions which affected the yield of Pleurotus sajor-caju mycelium polysaccharides.According to the results of the single factor analysis,four factors three levels orthogonal experiment was carried out,and the results of the orthogonal experiment were measure d by variance analysis.[Result] The final experimental results showed that the optimum fermentation conditions of Pleurotus sajor-caju mycelium polysaccharide were as follows:fluid volume 75 ml,inoculation amount 4%,table speed 120 r/min,fermentation temperature 30 ℃.Under these conditions,the mycelium polysaccharide content was 4.97%.[Conclusion] The study provides a trail basis for the feasibility research of Pleurotus sajor-caju mycelium polysaccharides in future.
