摘　　要：[目的]为有效解决常规密集烤房装烟量不足、用工多、耗能大等突出问题。[方法]将常规密集烤房挂竿装烟改成烟筐散叶插签装烟进行烘烤对比。[结果]研究表明,筐式散叶插签装烟密集烘烤装烟量是常规密集烘烤的1.5倍。与常规密集烘烤相比,烤后烟叶上等烟增加6.02%,均价增加0.18元/kg,能耗成本降低0.17元/kg,用工量减少6.45个,产投比增加71%。[结论]筐式散叶插签装烟密集烘烤在减少烘烤用工、增加烟农收入、提高烤房利用率等方面优势突出,能弥补烘烤专业化发展进程中常规密集烘烤的不足。[Objective] To effectively resolve the problem of lower capacity,larger amount of labor employment and more power consumption with the bulk curing barn.[Method] The differences between the hang-pole curing and the basket scattered-leaf by stick bulk curing were compared.[Result] The results showed that the capacity of loading tobacco leaves of basket scattered-leaf by stick bulk curing had 1.5 times the amount of the hang-pole curing.The rate of supper tobacco and average price were increased 6.02％ and 0.18 yuan per kilogram,the energy costs and power consumption and labor costs were reduced 0.17 yuan per kilogram and 6.45 ge,and the output and input ratio was improved 71％.[Conclusion] It shows distinguishing advantages in reducing the number of labor,increasing the earning and the utilization of bulk curing barn with the basket scattered-leaf by stick bulk curing.
