摘 要:[目的]研究散叶烘烤过程中烟叶整片叶水分变化、叶片水分变化与主脉水分变化的规律。[方法]烘烤过程中每6 h取1次样,编号并剥离主脉,对叶片与主脉分别采用杀青烘干法进行处理。[结果]试验表明,烘烤过程中烟叶叶片、主脉以及整片叶的失水速率表现为先慢后快的趋势,对三者进行回归分析的回归方程:y=-0.033 669 982+0.405 171 159x1+0.631 660 248x2(R2=0.949 1)。[结论]烘烤过程中叶片水分的变化相比主脉水分的变化对整片叶水分变化的影响较大。[Objective] To study the variation law of whole tobacco leaf moisture,leaf water and main vein water during curing process.[Method] During curing process,sampling was conducted every 6 h,numbered and removed form main vein,leaf and main vein was processed by steaming and drying method.[Result] The results showed that during curing process,water loss rate of tobacco leaf,main vein and whole leaf performed as first slowly then quickly trend.The regression equation is y =-0.033 669 982 + 0.405 171 159x1 + 0.631 660 248x2(R2 =0.949 1).[Conclusion] Compared with main vein,the change of leaf moisture content has greater effects on whole leaf moisture change.
