摘　　要：对橡胶冷喂料挤出过程轴向温度分布进行了实验研究及理论分析 ,计算并测定了螺杆轴向温度分布 ,确定了胶料沿螺杆轴向的温度变化规律 ,提出了橡胶冷喂料挤出不同于塑料挤出熔融过程的粘流转变概念。The axial temperature distribution in the whole process of rubber cold-feed extrusion was analyzed by experiment and theory.The axial temperature in the screws was measured and calculated.The concept on rubber transition stage from solid to viscous state was put forward.It was different from melting stage of plastics extrusion processing.
