摘 要:[目的]探讨奶牛粪便厌氧发酵的最佳粒度。[方法]采用可控恒温厌氧发酵装置,研究不同粒度下奶牛粪便的厌氧发酵情况。[结果]粒度对奶牛粪便厌氧发酵各指标影响是明显的,60目和80目的奶牛粪便在厌氧发酵过程中累积产气量、TS产气率及原料转化率、VS去除率和木质纤维素降解率明显高20目和40目,60目和80目的TS产气率及原料转化率没有明显差别,意味着并不是粒度越小越有利于厌氧发酵原料的转化。[结论]对于奶牛粪便厌氧发酵,60目是最佳的粒度。[Objective] The study aimed to discuss the optimal granularity of cow dung for anaerobic fermentation.[Method] Using a controllable thermostatic anaerobic fermentation device,the gas production characteristics of cow dung with different particle sizes during anaerobic fermentation was analyzed.[Result] The granularity of cow dung had obvious effects on each indicator of anaerobic fermentation,that is,the cumulative gas production,TS gas production rate,conversion rate of the raw materials,removal rate of VS,and degradation rate of lignin and cellulose of cow dung with the granularity of 60 or 80 mesh were significantly higher than those of cow dung with the granularity of 20 or 40 mesh during the process of anaerobic fermentation.Moreover,there was no significant difference between cow dung with the granularity of 60 and 80 mesh in TS gas production rate and conversion rate of the raw materials,showing that cow dung with the smallest particle size did not have the best efficiency of anaerobic fermentation.[Conclusion] The optimal granularity of cow dung for anaerobic fermentation is 60 mesh.
