摘  要:研究了重金属铅、铬单一胁迫下,银叶真藓与小扭口藓叶绿素含量的变化。结果表明,不同浓度的Pb2+、Cr3+处理均导致银叶真藓及小扭口藓的总叶绿素含量较其对照组降低。同一Pb2+浓度下,除了100 mg/L这一浓度外,其他浓度对小扭口藓的影响均大于银叶真藓;同一Cr3+浓度下,除了10 mg/L这一浓度外,其他浓度对银叶真藓的影响均大于小扭口藓。说明小扭口藓对Pb2+污染的耐受力不及银叶真藓,而对于Cr3+污染的耐受力较银叶真藓大。基于对作为苔藓植物监测材料在量上及多毛分枝特点上的常规要求,可以选用小扭口藓作为郑州市区大气重金属污染监测的指示物种。The change of chlorophyll content in Bryum argenteum and Barbula indica under the stress of lead and chromium was studied.The results showed that different concentration of Pb2+,Cr3+ all caused decrease of the total chlorophyll content of B.argenteum and B.indica than control.At the same concentration of Pb2+,except the value at 100 mg/L,the effects on B.indica were stronger than B.argenteum,while to the Cr3+ pollution,except at 10 mg/L,was counter to what would be expected.The tolerance of B.indica to Pb2+ pollution was less than B.argenteum,while to the Cr3+ pollution was greater than that of B.argenteum.Based on the mosses monitoring materials in quantity and hairy branches on the characteristics of the conventional requirements,B.indica could be used as an indicator species to monitor atmospheric heavy mental pollution for Zhengzhou.
